If you want to play this game with friends for the pve content it's pretty decent. PvP however is probably the saddest "PVP" of all the games I ever played. There is always something completely broken in the meta that everyone will abuse so if you are playing pvp as a newcomer you basically stand absolutely any chance against anyone with decent pvp gear. People will just stand in 10 other people with shirking heals + ankh and you won't even ever get them to half life.

Also for some reason the TTK in the game is like a million years but of course there is a weapon in a game with worlds slowest TTK that can just oneshot you with one ability :)

I played monster hunter world and quite enjoyed that game.

Because of that i bought and downloaded monster hunter rise.

At first startup i thought the game detected my resolution of my screen wrong or started in a low resolution until you get to the options to select the correct one. But that wasn't the case. Actually the game just looks like a 5+ year older version of mh: world. It looks unsharp, animations are clunky, the controls are too. I played for like 30 mins and uninstalled the game.

Didn't even give the game a real chance because i was so disappointed immediately. Looks and feels like a massive downgrade from monster hunter world.
