It's a fantastic game, love the seamless transition from space to planets. I also feel like I've barely scratch the surface with the content that is available with 80 hours in.

BL3 had really big boots to fill in order to live up to what BL2 achieved:

The good:
- Looks really good
- I had no issues on performance
- Gun variety is great and pleased that gear higher than orange was removed (but see below)

The bad:
- Story is dull and forgettable
- Gameplay felt too easy, I tried hemovorous for the first time at max level and didn't struggle taking him down
- Chance of orange gear is waaay too high, it didn't feel special to get an orange drop

Love the game, just wish it Coop campaigns

If you were going to play any of the Borderlands games this should be the one you choose. The gunplay is smooth and fun, characters have been developed well and arguably this game has the single best antagonist ever made for a computer game.

I played the original to death (disc version), although many didn't like what had changed from AOE2 I genuinely loved the opportunity to play a strategy game in this Era especially when they've added some additional civilisations.
Although I'm a bit sad about some of the design choices made like making destruction of buildings and ships happens quicker and looks less explosive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who played the original or wants to play a RTS based in this Era as it looks fantastic and the gameplay is really enjoyable.

Tried it on the free weekend, couldn't find any food or water and died multiple times because of it. Also I found the inventory extremely irritating to use. Honestly don't think it's worth the full price tag, play an Arma 3 mod instead.

Side note, who can't rip up a shirt with their bare hands?

It's a great start to a fantastic franchise, shame about the late release of BL3 though... :(

It's free, it's fun, it's grindy. If you like that, give it a try.

Recently I purchased this game for my fiancee to play as I've been trying to get her into gaming. This has certainly done the trick, now I struggle to get her off my computer to let me back on.
It's incredibly fun and addicitive, sure it's a bit rough around the edges but that can easily be patched.

I reckon with the following additions it could be even more entertaining:
- Opening the game up to workshop content so people can make new furniture, paints,
houses, orders etc.
- Allowing for outside work to be done, gardening or building outhouses
- Unless I haven't dug deep enough I'm not sure you can change the outside shape of any
houses, extend or build your own house
- Opening up the other decor which that can't be purchased in the store but appear ingame
for orders/cleaning up new properties

All in all this is a great game with a lot more potential if they add more content!

I absolutely love this game, just took what was really good about the first game and made it so much better. I'm sure some people will find this game a bit repetitive but honestly I'm a sucker for that kinda gameplay!
Don't buy lootboxes, just earn em ingame.
