This is a short review for people that are new to this game. I have some tips that many people won't tell you:

1. Learn to use the UMP-45. If you watch close angles with it, terrorists wont be able to cross and enter A or B site
(Also it is very cheap, so you can almost buy it every round. People will call you a hacker)
2. If you're a Silver and cant rank up, just play with your Gold Nova friends, because there are smurfs in silver ranks.. aswell as trolls.
3. Your team must be like a wall that covers every way to the sites (CT)
4. You must cover every way, so that ct's can not push on you, or behind you.. (T)
5. You must trade kills (Right after your teammate dies, you must retake his position and kill the enemy)
6. Be ready to shoot again after you kill an enemy
7. Dont forget to check that corner (If everything is way too quiet and the enemy team has 5 players)
8. Don't trust your teammates (We all make mistakes. Sometimes they'll better see you die with the c4, so they can plant and get the MVP)
9. If you're shy, no need to use your mic like everyone says you should. Some people use it way too much, especially when its 14:15 against you.
10. Dont buy flashes if you're holding a position. They are meant for terrorists.
11. Dont spray more than 4 bullets, remember to reset your inaccuracy.
12. Set your volume high if you don't have headphones and turn your default music kit off (will improve hearing)
13. Use a crosshair that you can clearly spot on (I use red crosshair +)
14. Follow your teammates commands and strategy (if they have one), and you wont get kicked.
14. If you're bottom fragging and you do the above mentioned, your team sucks.
15. Uninstall if nothing works, wait 2 months, then install again.
