As the morning sun seeps between the curtains, I check the clock. It’s already 6:15. I wish I could stay in bed with Raiden forever but with the baby coming I have not the time to mess around.
I gently move him off me and go downstairs to cook breakfast. Raiden’s favourite is scrambled eggs and ham.
After I’m finished cooking I go up stairs with the tray of food.
“Goodmorning beautiful”
To my surprise Raiden is already awake! He laughs at me looking all surprised.
