A régi karakterek használata pl.: thermite akinek a képessége több új karakter és a ,,hard breach" fölöslegessé vált. Továbbá a Desync és a hitbox kidolgozottságának hála az esetek egy jelentős részében nem a játékos képességein, hanem a szerencsén múlik hogy éppen kinek hogy adja be a játék a hitet. Az elmúlt időkben többször előfordult hogy egy egyértelmű találat esetén (amikor a célkereszt a a célponton van és vérzik is a célpont) a játék nem jelzi a találatot és a célpont nem is sérül.
