Pentru niste papanasi ca la carte, bunica spunea ca branza de vaci trebuie sa fie grasa si foarte bine scursa, faina cernuta de doua ori, sa ii prajim intr-o cratita cu fund gros si focul sa fie mic.
Papanasi prajiti (9 bucati) – Ingrediente
300 g branza de vaci
200 g faina
1 ou mediu
50 g zahar
1 lingurita praf de copt (4 g)
1 lingurita plina coaja rasa de portocale
1 varf cutit sare
1 pastaie vanilie/1 plic zahar vanilat
500 – 600 ml ulei de arahide sau ulei de floarea soarelui
