Just spam and you fit in well, You would think when you get to high elo the spam and cringe lords go away but thats not the case :)

Great game, You have to be a grinder to play this game, Your not going to get very far if your a casual player.

I'd Suggest making the game a bit more challenging and long. for example, you and your team have to farm around 200 iron each to get full iron armor for 3rd boss, you grind grind it all and it takes around 8 hours. then you kill 3rd boss in less than 15 mins. just to go farm silver for hours again.

Maybe adding more bosses/mini bosses and rare loot that makes you have to grind the boss multiple times would be nice.

So far its a great early access game tho.
