Mentally stimulating yet relaxing game. It's good! I was looking for a replacement for Ishido which I can no longer find for PC. Hextones retains the stone placing challenge that I love in Ishido but expands it. Each stone in Hextones has six instead of four sides. Learning new strategies after years of playing Ishido with only four sided stones is surprisingly fun. Hextones also has incremental challenges where you must get 6 sided, 5 sided, 4 sided, 3 sided and 2 sided correct placements to pass to the next tier. This is more difficult than just accumulating points. The music is hypnotically good. Well worth the price.

This game has changed my life. When I started playing it, I had never heard of morels or that there are fanatical hunters world wide. Wandering in nature, photographing wildlife seemed very appealing at the beginning of this pandemic. Killing people or animals is not my thing. With Morels: The Hunt you get to experience the joy of the independent traveller. Great locations across America to explore and to hunt for mushrooms like at a Rocky Mountain lodge and an Indiana farm. You can walk, ride a horse, drive a jeep or swim. With the excellent music you may think you'd found heaven. That is until the predators find you. I understand grizzlies, mountain lions, wolves, alligators and bobcats can get a bit territorial but I swear I had rabid raccoons and squirrels. I'm a bit nervous outside now in the real world. Oh, I've even eaten real morels. They are really good. I'm thinking of buying binoculars. This game is wonderful.
