Starbound is one of those games in the beginning you have mixed feeling about because you have so much invested into it but once you devote your time to it you'll see that it's a game with plenty of charm. In the beginning it feels similar to Terraria in the sense that the direction you take is entirely up to you and as you begin to learn the what your objective is the world is literally your oyster. From strip mining an entire planet solely for OIL, causing a drought leaving the hyltol to suffer, removing existing villagers from a village, to uprooting a avian temple just so you can store all of your materials.

~Lacks another joystick
~Not all configurations will work for you
~Can take a while to download software depending on your "rig"
~Using it to type messages can take a while without skill
~May not surpass you Xbox controller
