Food for Thought Review

This will be my new segment when I have games where I can’t go into deep analyze but still want to put my 2 cents into it. Not too long, not too short, but just right. A food for thought review won’t have a rating system, but I will say if I would recommend or not. I hope you all enjoy!

This game is relaxing, originally is from an android app which I have the feeling it is, the game has a calm atmosphere including the puzzles. The puzzles are somewhat easy but I’m guessing that is the point when you have a meditating game that won’t stress you out. There is a story but very briefly, the main focus is the puzzles which is almost like candy crush. You have to match the picture it shows you and do it within a certain moves. You can place these orbs as many as you want but once you line up then you used up a move.

The music is soothing, the worlds you travel looks interesting, in fact I notice within each world it gets darker and in a dilapidated state. Which I’m guessing it reflects the main character’s “struggle.” The only small problem I have with this game is that you can’t switch the orbs you want if the one you have does not work with the line-up the picture shows. Which it gives off a luck-base system and less than a skill-base puzzle game. It gives you many chances to not fail and it increase the challenge in each world but that is the only problem I have for this game. I still recommend it if you like puzzles and have time to spare.
