It's not a bad game, but it just doesn't click with me. The amount of quests and the lack of direction for most of them leave you feeling overwhelmed very quickly, then you have so many characters to manage all at once, all while trying to make progression in a reasonable amount of time.

It's far too easy to get stuck in a rut where you are grinding with as much time as you're able but make no progression whatsoever. You get to the point where everything is so slow and you aren't sure whether or not you're just completely wasting your time.

Been stuck in the first 2 worlds for essentially years, and no matter how long I leave for, I come back no closer to getting anywhere than when I left.

I remember playing this game as a kid, but it's completely broken in this version. You can't jump on certain surfaces and get caught in all kinds of cracks in the terrain. First level is uncompletable.

Not a good game. Extremely poorly optimized, I turned down the graphics and the game looked BETTER. From my playtime it was mostly just a mad asset flush with little rhyme or reason, and virtually no attention given to the little details. It's difficulty by sheer quantity as opposed to any mechanics to understand. The AI voiceover finally made me decide my money was better spent elsewhere.

Apparently this game advertises NFTs, too. Thanks, but no thanks.

Really good game, but I'd wait for a sale even then, because it is quite expensive and the team is no longer working on it.
Gameplay is simple, tight, relatively bug-free, and fun. Game looks and feels pretty good, though I'd recommend starting out without the timer/oxygen.
Story starts out good but tanks hard in the middle, with a very, very annoying character, and a ham-fisted moral message.

Janky, tedious and boring. Didn't offer anything interesting to sink your teeth into and quickly became a management game with nothing new to mix up progression.

Years of casual enjoyment and chill cookie clicking. Happy to finally pay something back for it.

I left a review about a year ago, and I want to say that with the launch of 1.0, the game has fixed every gripe I've had and gone above and beyond even my wildest expectations. Now I can happily draw obscene nonsense on every job and torment my friends, and the story that goes with the career is genuinely fantastic and just the kind of thing that fits perfectly with the vibe of such a game. My biggest issue, the motion sickness caused by the movement of the camera, has been fixed completely by the ability to aim the reticle instead of just your head. Fantastic work, and well worth the asking price and more!
