Year 6 broke the game. Old maps are broken and Ubisoft didn't fix them for few years. Sounds are broken and Ubisoft won't fix it, they are asking others to do and and they are offering some weapon charm if you do their job. Sound bug is still in game where your sound setting will reset whn you leave game. Game won't close you need to use task manager.

Hi Bulletstopper! I apologize for the negative experience you have had with Rainbow Six Siege. Your disappointment and frustration with these issues is completely understandable! Moving forward, please start by verifying the game's files in Steam. Doing so will replace any missing or corrupted files that could potentially be causing problems, then ensure that everything else required for the game is installed correctly on your system. This process can actually help to resolve various bugs and other technical issues, so it is great to complete intermittently and after patches are released. Next, try running the game as an administrator[support.ubisoft.com] to see if you notice any improvements regarding the sound. Finally, it would be beneficial to complete the rest of our technical troubleshooting guide[support.ubisoft.com]. Those steps are quick to run through and tend to resolve various technical problems, improve game performance, and can even correct bugs.

However, if you do not notice any improvements after completing these suggestions, please upload your MSinfo file[support.ubisoft.com] in a case at support.ubi.com. Additionally, include a screenshot of your settings reverting after closing the game with as much detail as possible regarding both bugs you mentioned. Our team would be glad to forward your reports and continue investigating these problems further with you. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in the meantime!
