Redoing my review as I have put another 100 hours into the game since September.

Overall 8.7/10 game - worth the full price, but try to pick up on sale.

Graphics and immersion in this game are phenomenal - Find a youtube video and toy with the settings to find your sweet spot of quality vs. performance.

Community is a lacking aspect, groups and clans are fairly easy to get into, but if your not in one and don't play the game with friends, it can be a tough experience.

Personally I play solo 70% of the time so how do I enjoy that? Well i squad lead ALOT - but i also just pick roles that I find will help my team win the game. If tanks are a problem i go anti tank, if we need supplies i play support.

I think being able to pretty easily and consistently find areas of opportunities to change roles is the most under rated aspect of this game.

The fact I can go through basically a rotating PTSD simulation is pretty sweet.

Regardless i highly recommend this game and community. Big new update just added another new map which is good and FREELOOK!

Hell Divers is one of the most unique PVE shooter games on the market. 10/10 visual, 10/10 gunplay and Stratagems make you feel like GOD.

I am a casual player who enjoys high difficulty.

I am leaving this review for ONE PURPOSE!

People are wanting to tear apart this game for the design direction of the gameplay Arrowhead wants. These people do not understand game design and want the game to be what THEY want. Unfortunately, we do not live in their reality, we live in a reality where you can run whatever guns and strategies you want to have fun and work with your team or solo play. FREEDOM of play style is something to merit.

Ignore the haters, arrowhead knows what they are doing. Making everything PERFECT and a unicorn of a game does not happen overnight.

Well, its an okay game, but there are a few rules and things to know.
Pros:
Game looks and plays great and if you have the time it is very easy to lose your life to.
High skill cap for players that like to "get gud".
Fun with friends.
One of a kind concept.
Cons:
Community is toxic, especially if you play killer.
Surv with friends is over powered. \
Devs don't listen to community.
Pay wall for literally everything.

Rules: If your killer and they flashlight save you, TUNNNNEEELL THEM.

Now kitten, go live, laugh, and love.

Just do yourself a favor and get this game, play it and spend money for a good pet, some chest and a few character slots. Have fun, make friends, grind, die, repeat.

I've only put in 18 hours... in 3 days.... its not addicting at all...totally one of the best games i've every played to date.
