... Also my definition of tunneling is when you tunnel someone that can have DS active. The *moment* it is beyond a reasonable doubt that it is inactive, I chase. Reasonable doubt being that I catch 3 injured survivors, one of them being unhooked 6-8s ago and I'm not a mobility Killer. There's no way the unhooked survivor did *not* help to heal one of the others, or at least attempt to before they held Shift. Or getting off hook and making a beeline to a generator, I'm going to fake chase someone then come right back to you, you chose to do the nearest gen. Or I see a blood trail from a generator and after following it I see the person I recently hooked. That being said, if you are Tormented/I believe I can make you have Torment, I will chase regardless.

Outlier cases include: Me being a dumbass forgetting who I hooked recently leading me to occasionally slug upon realization (FFS LET ME SEE HOW MANY HOOKS EACH SURVIVOR HAS. "skill issue" fair enough but for the love of God, give me the tools to not be toxic? Please? I'm already sacrificing enough to not tunnel.), having to risk it to stop the downwards spiral I am in/believe I am in, and Pig honestly I just go with the flow if I find someone walking around with a Beartrap on. I probably tunneled there. This next one isn't even an outlier: If you purposefully let yourself get downed after unhook, I'm gunna slug ya to not tunnel, then chase the nearest person available, hook them, then pick you up if you're still there. This can happen in quick succession and may seem like tunneling.
