MOD DE PREPARARE

Mod de preparare negresa
Se pun intr-o cratita pe foc untul, laptele, zaharul si cacao si se lasa la foc mic pana cand se omogenizeaza compozitia. Se da deoparte si se lasa sa se raceasca. Pastram deoparte cateva linguri pe care le vom folosi pentru glazura.Cand s-a racit se adauga galbenusurile, faina si praful de copt si se incorporeaza.Se bat si albusurile spuma si se adauga la compozitia rezultata.Turnam compozitia in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coacem in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 30-40 minute. Nu trebuie lasata mai mult decat trebuie pentru ca negresa nu va mai fi moale si umeda ci ca deveni uscata.Dupa coacere o lasam sa se racoreasca.Glazuram prajitura, fie cu glazura pe care am oprit-o la inceput din compozitie, fie topim 100 gr de ciocolata impreuna cu doua linguri de ulei.
