Don't buy it if you want to play with a friend. The copy lobby code button doesn't work, the place to type in the lobby code resets if you type 'f' (a character included in lobby codes), so we had to literally transcribe the code character by character into discord, then paste it into the lobby code search. It then failed to load for whichever of us wasn't hosting no matter what we tried.

Frankly I want the hour and a half I wasted to install and attempt to make this game work back.

I would be tempted to recommend this game if it cost a full 60, but for free?

A fantastic game, and an amazing sequel. Highly recommended.

I want to like this game, but between it being extremely buggy (Often softlocking during cutscenes), Uplay being an utterly horrendous service (It's extremely often I'll try to boot up the game only for Uplay to be completely unresponsive), not being as good as Stick of Truth (The gameplay being far less in depth and customizable), and the season pass providing materials that make an entire branch of gameplay moot by being objectively better than pretty much anything you can collect, I really can't recommend it.

It's a solid little enjoyable experience hopping from universe to universe trying to catch a criminal. Not sure if I would recommend it if it were a paid experience, but as a free game its definitely worth spending some time with to see the different universes and events.
