This is an amazing DLC, i dont understand all the negative reviews. I spied on my enemies, i turned them against eachother, i became the custodian. i refused to give up my powers and became the emperor of the galaxy. It was a little difficult to figure out how to declare war while being the emperor but after i figured out how i did so, and conquered the dissidents of my own empire.
