its funny

i thought i might like this but i didn't and now i regret buying the collection bundle. kind of a simple idle game. just progress skills to progress other skills kind of like runescape as it says. maybe if it was more visually stimulating id be interested more, but i find it boring. there are better idle games in my opinion that are cheaper or free.

Interesting concept, but it just didnt land for me. The combat system wasnt good, the story system and world setting wasnt much better, in my opinion. Not sure how the procedural works considering i wasnt entertained enough and didnt die before i requested a refund. In my opinion a game should be fun from the start and this game just didnt keep my interest. I didnt like all the envirormental hazards, blocked paths or puzzles. Rogue games usually have some sort of fun combat and if thats what you are looking for then dont look here. Combat is too simple and not flashy. It literally recommends to avoid combat unless necessary. So yeah... wish it was something a bit different with the same concept of procedural world and story generation..

This game is a great work in progress! its fun, but a bit buggy atm. issues im having are scratches appearing over some of the flooring. some of the weekly potion quests are bugged as well. some of the potions don't register so you cant turn in the quest which is a little annoying, but its early access and in alpha so dont expect something finished. i can say from the last big update it actually got me to play the game. i spent maybe about 5 mins at first before the npc and shop update. now im going over 14 hrs. a lot has improved visually. i love the new art design for the npcs. they look great! you can decorate with furnishing and change flooring and walls inside your house. you can toggle free placing or grid based decorating. there are lots of different flora. the alchemy system is simple, but satisfying. its really fun is what i have to say. im excited to see what the next big updates will bring. 3rd person mode sounds great, so im excited for that!

I enjoy it a lot and come back to it from time to time. Even after playing Hades and Binding of Isaac i want to come back for basically an alchemy system of finding and mixing runes. It has a great concept. There is lots of experimentation with upgrading and mixing runes with different loadouts. it has lots of replay value... as stated there are 285 spells to discover and i havent even discovered them all. It is a hidden gem. It is worth it for the price. i would really love a Runers 2 or something with the same concept and better graphics. it is not very flashy so people might pass it up, but it is still very enjoyable. i don't know why i didn't write a review sooner because i've spent a great many hours on this game. Also the controller support is a nice bonus.
