It's too slow. LIke WTF are we doing?

The first playthrough is great, but it's whole shtick is replaying seasons. It's a great game to play through the storyline and then quit. It's a horrific game to keep going. Its SLOW, its a SLOG, no REWARDS, no CRAFTING, Way more cookie cutter builds, no LIfe, endgame map sustain is AWFUL, boring builds, no build continuity, IT IS SLOW AS ♥♥♥♥ (POE 1 had such a great fast dynamic, they just didn't kill it, they murdered it) It could be great, I don't understand the SLOW mechanics and awful end game. I think it 's one or two lead dev leading the pack astray. This game could be 500k strong in leagues in two years. Now it is 500k strong now, but back to 20k when people realize how bad the game and mechanics are. Prediction: 2026.....50k POE 1 players on this date, 12k POE 2 players on this date

TLDR; Anyone with morals, an IQ above 75, and common sense rated this positive.

I like people that complain about the "Shroud". The entire story line and game are based upon it, I mean its called Enshrouded. Thats like complaining about car jacking in GTA or having to build so many factories and then having to redo them in Factorio.

I like the mechanic, at least something different. Haven't experienced any bugs, game looks good, world is really well crafted. They could improve some QoL, but really good for EA game, well worth the $$ (most important part)

Will be playing this another 400+ hours easily.

Been playing random games for like 2 years that are garbage. Thought this was like a vampire rust pvp only, its not...fun as hell PvE game. Can't believe didn't try this out until now. Great mechanics, great optimization, provides decent difficulty, nice building, nice progression, weapons, spells, everything just feels right.

Quit playing once you had to get stupid archwings and then even worse had to become a toddler orphan in a wheelchair to progress. Started out as one of the best games ever and morphed into real weirdness.

Great game so far. I like it better than Valheim and Conan.

The Good:

-Graphics are ok
-Crafting is great being able to do all

The Bad:

- There are literally 2 quests and that is all. Kill stuff or loot boxes.
- 1 dungeon below level 35.
- No PVP. You can flag, but will soon be ganked by 15 level 50s+. And no one else is flagged except for huge groups running around.
- You can get banned for anything. Chat. Killing someone flagged for PVP. Taking someones resource node. A name. This is the ultimate snowflake simulator.
- No mounts
- You have to be invited to Wars, so no PvP unless you suck up to some random guild leader
- No end game dungeons.
- No end game PvP
- No end game raids
- I'm not actually sure what the point of this game is
- If you are using magic, if someone is too close to you, it will fire through them and not hit them, LOL

I change my mind to positive after playing POE2 for 100 hours. WTF are they thinking? Its cool the first playthrough, but going to be an IP killer on replays. Slow, no gear, no crafting, no currency, its just BAD. POE 1 was actually fun. Fastest AARPG. Why in the hell do they shy away from this and want it to be slow?? I don't understand......

At first, I uninstalled after like 2 hours. Gave it another shot and one of the best RPGs I've ever played. Combat is really good. Save system is perfect for this game, you have consequences to pushing further without a save. Good story lines. Memorable characters. You feel like you actually progress when doing things. There are not many RPGs made like this as I think it is refreshing. It really reminds me of the first time I played Morrowind.
