But here's the kicker. Using my Parmesan Cudgel, wielding it makes it so 10% of the damage I deal gets grated back to me as health. But that isn't exclusive to the damage dealt by the Cudgel!
So long as the Cudgel is equipped, the DoT from the Fettuccine Snakes heals me for 10% of each tick , x5 for each Beschamel DoT. Pair that with the aforementioned +3 Parsley Pierce, the armor penetration increases the base value of each tick, so it effectively TRIPLES the total damage, which in turn means more healing!
Combined with the *Al Dente* buff provided by Caper Scepter and I can even overheal up to 20% of my maximum health (10% weapon effect + 10% from Italian Cuisine racial bonus), giving myself HUGE buffer to get the DoT ramping up!
