The recent changes to this game took this from a game I literally no lifed for 600 hours in 3 months, to a game that is so far from being enjoyable that I honestly can't see myself playing anymore even if the changes are reverted.

Changes were reverted and I was wrong.

I want to start by saying that I have seen quite a few reviews stating how grindy this game is. I have now played through it twice and can confidently say that the game is grindy if you treat your "quests" as secondary goals instead of primary goals. The timing on talking to certain people is not a problem if you are doing them all at once.

To clarify, I am not gate-keeping and saying you only don't like the game because you are playing it wrong. My first play-through went exactly the way some of these comments went, and I still enjoyed the game. However, on my second play-through, knowing what resources were bottlenecks, which quests to do first, and not to mention how good and easy maintaining 24/7 speed potions is, I had most things completed early with infinite money and all researches completed quickly.

I would highly recommend this game and I am gearing up for a third play-through. The devs of this game are great as well.

I haven't felt this way about a game since I first picked up Isaac, Rogue Legacy, Slay the Spire, and the like. Every death, hmm yeah that makes sense, just one more... and so on. Guess I'm done playing... *Pulls up video of someone else playing*
