不越界通关，但是死了不少人，其实死也是由着他们去死的。
擦边球打了宣传机构，监狱，欢愉之屋。后期全靠机器人莽。
根据我对游戏机制的了解，在游玩的时候，我就做好了“被越界”的心理准备，没想到没有越界（笑）
不过在我心中，我是没有越界的。违背诺言，随意动用应急班次，对伤员和无家可归者视而不见，这是为了发展。末日不是请客吃饭，死人多才正常。毕竟，我把孩子们照顾得很好，他们才是未来。

关于越界，引用一段库巴的采访："这个问题问的好（笑）。其实我们在游戏发售之后收到了很多类似这样的反馈，在游戏结束时你会看到城市的发展时间线，然后会对你的选择做出一些评价，最后还有一句'值得吗？'不少玩家的意见就是'这个问题太蠢了，人都活下来了还想怎么样？'实际上这个问题你在网上会经常见到，游戏中的这个问题是问在某些情况下这城市是否值得活下来，而不是指你为了生存或更高的目的而做出的那些牺牲。"
