Though in my experience it wasn't buggy, and it's size was decent given the comparison for the original game, there is a very clear lack of polish in this DLC's gameplay. Each of the 4 levels is a slog. with the exception of the last level,, these levels are more in par with a challenge mario maker level than a party hard level, given the sheer amount of trial and error required to beat it. Beyond this, the actual story of the DLC is okay at best, but its ending means the story is completely pointless and nullifies what the player does, (it was so bad its why I'm writing this review).

It's tedious, slow, frustrating, the final boss very clearly wasn't play tested beyond if the code compiled, and all in all an unpolished mess that builds itself on what it could have been rather than what it actually is.

Ok except the game has an incredibly broken aiming system that forces you to crouch in order to actually shoot correctly and makes shooting in any other form unplayable

For years people have been wondering if there would ever be a game more unforgiving than Hotline Miami, but now, Enter the gungeon. From when you first play the game, you'll see the games tactics and rules, like an enemy system based entirely off of luck, an invulnrebility dodge roll system (That sometimes doesn't work,) a variety of guns, (half of which you'll have to unlock through hundreds of playthroughs,) NPS, (that you'll have to get to the second level to unlock,) a currency system so broken that you will end up getting a few ingame currency pieces for clearing one room, (Meanwhile you will need around 30 to buy anything,) and no checkpoints. Experience a game style more unforgiving than Hotline Miami, FTL: Faster Than Light, and all the XCOM games combined. Play with a friend, whom will be absolutely useless due to confusion over whos bullets are from your friend, and whose is from the enemies', which you will spend hours at a time to get to the second level. Or unlock the shortcut, in which case you will have to give up 120 coins and 3 keys, (All at once of course.) Erase your past, or get stuck on the first level because you keep getting the bullet king as a boss battle. Open chests, with keys you get from either having alot of money, or depending on lock picks that only work around 1/3 of the time. Fight all enemies, while you only usually have 6 hits until you die with health pickups incredibly rare or super expensive, and a shopkeeper that wont let you test out any of the guns, or he'll double the price of everything, (May i remind you that you only very rarely get around 7 coins in a single room,) and alt f4 every time you die because the death animation is way too long and annoying that you decide that restarting the game would be easier and faster than sitting through it, until your toxicity crushes in on you and you actually die of frustration in real life. Get through levels, or just the first level, until you die by that wierd iron mummy thing on the second level and you have to restart at the entrance to the first level. Become rich, with the nonexistant method of earning money, you can get 5 coins and be considered rich, (Because apparently there is a galaxy wide economic depression somehow.) For a total score i give this a 9/10.

8/10. It's basically a mix between a stealth game and a strategy game where you play as the party hard serial killer who goes around parties and your goal is to kill everyone there using whatever means nesessary friday the 13th styled. It gets challenging at times but it just adds on to the thrill of the game. Best of all a steam workshop is coming soon so you can play more than just the few levels tiny build and pinokl set up for us.

This game, makes, NO SENSE. in this game you will pay 10$ to play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ earthbound rip offs ever created where every character is female, making you wonder how reproduction rates are. where you play as a kid that fell into a mountain and is trapped there. or a really small adult on some psycidelic mushrooms

-model manipulated an npc to look like misty from pokemon
-created 15 other misty clones
-got bored and killed them off
-drowned 1, cruched one, burned one, shot 5, finished off with zombies for 7
-commited a mass burning
-sacrificed baby dolls to gmod satan
-killed 45 feminists at once
-assassinated will smith
-drowned as aquaman
-burned to death as a charizard
-fell to my death as batman
-threw a car at my friend
-became a serial killer
-got mauled by some guy witha master sword while playing as link
-killed 15 bronies in a long hallway
-ate someones liver with fava beens and a chiantee
-ran over chuck norris
-got ran over by chuck norris
-jousted with golfkarts

great game

provides great challenge and kinda easy, if your patient, and you know what to do. there was a glitch i found on the easy prison where there is a slight chance you load a game on that current save itll say youve escaped in 0 days, had an avarage of 0 heat, with the highest score possible. all and all though thwe game provides good humor and is also very very realistic. all and all i rate it 8/10.

the game is 7 years old. and its still awesome. it has great features like, trading boxes in intense battles, dress up, dancing in intense battles, and a marketplace where you could spend real money on in-game hats! $13 for a sombraro? i could buy a real one for less! *buys hat.
