I started playing this game, then suddenly got really hungry as I got my first win. Then I looked at the clock, and realized 3 hours had passed, so it wasn't sudden. 10/10 game, it's dangerously addicting.

Sega's the only company that'd be comfortable letting their main mascot be the victim of a murder mystery, and let the game focus on all of the side characters for the most part. Outside of that, the story is pretty simple in a good way. The story isn't crazier than it needs to be, and doesn't stay around longer than it needs to be. The point and click parts are simple enough, and the mini-game used for large parts of the game slowly gets more difficult at a good pace. There are a few places where it spikes in difficulty a bit too much compared to what's before and afterwards, but it never felt like it was truly too much for a short game.

If you want to play a fun, light hearted, enjoyable story that'll kill a few hours, this is an excellent game. Especially since it's free!

I played the original Creeper World back in the day, and came back to Creeper World 4. By and large the game's been improved with all the additions, however I am sad that you can't play Dated Maps more than 5 days old. Offering the option to save them locally to play would be nice.
