Yup! They added a bunch of new features involving crafting. It used to be 1 rose hip fruit per tea, meaning you could make 8 rose hip teas out of 1 bush. Now it seems more balanced.

You have to prepare the rose hip. Go to your backpack and press crafting. You'll need 24 rose hip's.
