Short Review - This is just Side Quest: The Game

Longer Review - Good graphics, okay plot, and pretty fun gameplay (when you get the chance to actually fight outside of fetch quests). I just started (~4hrs in), so I don't know if it gets grindy later, but it's pretty balanced for what it is at the start.

Not a lot of hand-holding, so my only real complaint is that the tips and instructions you get can sometimes overlap with each other or open dialog making you miss something that is key for later.

Also, do take the time to try out each character option available to you. I really wanted a specific one only to find that the play style didn't fit me. The one I thought would be bland turned out to be the easiest for me.
