I have more than 1200 hours on steam, lost all my progress since the crossprogression maj, never got it back. Lost most of my legend, my currency, MY PAID SKINS and all my levels so I cannot ranked with my friends anymore. I've been battling with the support for a mount now. Never been f**ked like that in my life. Great job EA !
