This game actually surprised me. I thought it would be bad but it turns out to be a pretty decent game!
The story is actually decent and it gives some good background knowledge from what happened between RE4 and RE5. The plot is alright. Nothing mindblowing either is it bad. I liked it

They brought back Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield which is cool and introduced other likeable characters (Looking at you Steve). Parker is a badass and is Jill's partner most of the game. He is giving me big brother vibes. Jessica is the hot girl who's Chris' partner. she also have a thing for Chris and it's kinda fun/cringe watching her flirt with him. We got Keith and Quint and they got that bestfriend Energy going on. (kinda reminds me of dumb and dumber for some reason, just more intelligent).

Gameplay wise its similar to RE4 just a little bit less action packed. They also introduced at new mechanic a tool called "Genesis" used to scan monsters for herbs and finding hidden items. It can be a bit tedious to use because you end up using it to check EVERY room you come across for hidden items. It does pay out well unless you are using it to gather herbs I would say. The start of the game feels kinda slow and it's really not that fun. I'd say the game really begins about chapter 3 ish.

The game is priced 29,99£ which is a bit much but if you can get it on sale i would totally recommend it!
