Why do I need to sharpen my horn?

DO IT FOR THE CONTENT

I draw overtrigger on my first hand, i send it back. overtrigger battle one on defense. I absorb overtrigger in my soul. ive never used overtrigger as a trigger. It just triggers me. Skill issue.

This has gotta be one of the best and worst yugioh games out there and I sincerely mean that.

On one hand the interface is TERRIBLE and so bare-bones its like the least amount of effort for a "simulator" then it lacks QoL things like speed up or animation skipping (Please enjoy the animation for summoning Decode Talker every time you summon it in any way). This is a game where all you do is navigate menus so for that to be so poor/lackluster is a shame.

On the other hand its a premium game, you technically have access to every card that this game had access to you just have to earn them. It still has that fun feeling of opening up card packs and can be played offline with a variety of ai to duel with varying strategies so its fun at least imo.

I swear to god Master Duel has spoiled me man. If they ever make another one of these in the Master Duel framework it will be the best yugioh game ever made.

Ultimately I got this game for 10 bucks and understanding how this game is 40 is quite frankly a insane ask. If youre new to yugioh or returning this is a better place to start.

Ill cut to the chase this is BARELY playable it really is early access. I see the vision, but its gonna be a little before its not as janky to play. As of now sometimes some things just dont work or are poorly explained, hit and collision detection is not fully there and trying to combo is extremely hard thus making "competitions" nigh impossible. Anyway there is a skeleton here that will only be developed more and im looking forward to it.
