A fun little game worth every penny.

I played this game for the pvp and gunplay- some of the best I've ever experienced and yet they somehow fumbled that. It isn't fun when skill can be skipped in place of aim assist at a low level and ximming at a much higher level.

They removed all incentive to go flawless in trials and then simplified the pvp to the point where it just wasn't fun anymore. Bungie catered the game toward those without hundreds of hours a week and flat out ignored pvp and pvp balancing. And yes I have played thousands of hours with controller before destiny 2 was even a thing, and afterward. Yes it was much easier and less time-intensive to get good on controller.

The pve is fun albeit repetitive and at this point it looks more like a cash grab before marathon than any meaningful resolution to the story.

All in all I can't recommend this to anyone who wants anything more than a short term enjoyment.

A social deception and deduction game revolving around pvp that goes out of its way to reward players for dying.
At least the cosmetics are nice.
