I enjoyed this game alot, i put 99 hours into the game but never completed it, i did complete 'Honest Hearts' but not any other DLC, but one thing that anoyed me was all the DLC's loading in the start of the game, it kind of killed the atmosphere.
Other from that the game is all good, especialy with the fact that you can mod it easily after or before you complete all the DLC's, which you can have fun with you can have fun with.
