Probably the worst game I've ever played but I need that sequel injected into my veins. It's so stupid and terrible that it wraps back around to being brillant and amazing.

This game is simply awesome. Awesome art style, awesome gameplay loop, awesome mechanics, and a simple plot that could not be easier to follow.
I have not at all played for long but I think I've already decided on what one of my favorite video games of 2024 is.

I'd rather play Jump Force than the base game.... but the Ruin DLC is actually some of the greater content in the entire franchise though so here's my recommendation: Get this game on sale, go watch somebody else's let'splay of the base game on YouTube, and then come back and play through the DLC. I promise you that if you do this, it'll be WAY less of a headache as you won't have to deal with the fundamentally flawed nature of the base game.
