Actually good story... given it pulls a full frontal assault of no shame lesbian content towards the consumer.

10/10 if you wish you could have played in a woman's hockey team in your teen years.

Don't recommend

Simply put: this game is not worth $22.00, and I would only recommend this game if it appeals to you AND is offered at $10.00 or less (at which point I will switch my rating and judge less harsh in my review)

PROS:
- Feels very satisfying being able to 'kite' enemies with your shotgun blasts with AoE damage while your pets soak up damage. Best feature hands down.
- The characters have solid amount of energy in dialogue and art.
- Unlockable playable characters for replay value.
- Music is surprisingly impressive.

CONS:
- There is a huge lack of a main objective/plot/quest. I've spent the entire game so far just talking to a bar owner for pointless side quests (it's the only way to progress).
- Lack of wit in dialogues, which is odd/disappointing for these types of games.
- Animations are played at ~6 frames/second and it makes it feel like a RPG Maker game.
- Being "turn-based" means nothing. It feels weird and unnecessary; playing it in real time would make the game feel smoother and take away only a very small amount of strategy.

If this quote is the most attracting sentence you have read for this game, you should really know the following (there are no spoilers):

Your decisions only change the dialogue and rarely impact any meaningful outcome. Additionally, for the first entire 3 episodes, you will complete all the events, watch all the cut scenes, and make all the same decisions *regardless* of any of your previous choices. This was a huge disappointment to me so I felt I should warn you.

I still recommend this game because you will likely enjoy your first play through of the game. It is a little pricey for the hours of game play that you get, but all the content is extremely polished. From the unique paint-brushed style textures/graphics, chill music, very impressive animation, and somewhat exhilarating/climatic story, even the most intense and competitive gamer (like myself) will still find "Life is Strange" refreshing with the simple and slow pace mechanics this game has to offer.

Unexpected turn at the end.

What's there to say? Act 2 was very disappointing.

A huge applause to Rockstar's customer service at lauch of GTA V by giving everyone the opportunity to refund the game, whether they had several hours of game time or not, all because of a bug (which was not even a big deal to manually fix). First time to see a company offer refunds at day of launch.

10/10 Would purchase from Rockstar again.
