If i'm honest, going into this game, I was not a huge fan of it, stylistically. This game was my original introduction into RPGs in general. Playing it again after well over a decade, I can definitively say that this game is a must play for anyone who enjoys any type of strategy or a good, compelling story. The introduction sequence of this game, like every other Fallout, is unique and fitting in its own right. It creates an impressive narrative from the jump that is super easy to appreciate. The comparison of options for character customization, even where it may not seem at first glance, offers a myriad of new, meaningful options from the original title. I personally really enjoy the prompts for each of the three character options and picking any one of them develops a completely different story, even with the same overarching plot. The plot itself, while having a heavy amount of dark(er) content, still tells a fufiling story. This game features one of my all time favorite secondary antagonists, Agent Frank Horrigan. Not to give spoilers, but he is a formidable advesary and have a very compelling concept about him. Even the final encounter with him lives up to the intense hype the game builds up to. The Enclave is a fantastically terrible organization, and Bethesda does a great job of making me hate them. All in all, even with my reluctance to this style of quasi-turn based play, I still found a great deal of joy playing it, and will continue to do so further.

Also Todd Howard pls release Elder Scrolls 6 <3
