If someone bats your car how would you react? With violence? It's just a freaking car! A metal box with wheels on it that moves you around. Why would you react with violence against that person that batted down your car? Just drive away from him and call 911. Don't escalate the situation by physically engaging upon the dude. What, endanger a human life for that piece of metal with wheels on it? Yeah you worked hard for it, but it's still a piece of metal with wheels on it (I'd rather buy a cheap $1000 used car anyways, not some expensive $40,000 car).
