absolutely disgusting, the manager told us to leave as we “we were not allowed to eat our food inside kfc” we respectfully left and ate our food outside. It was absolutely pouring down with rain. someone else was sitting eating his food inside so we went back in as it was raining, the manager (a man) then gripped me (a 4”11 19 year old girl) round the throat and wouldn’t let me leave as i broke his rules, my older brother broke it up and the manager refused to give anyone his name and hid in the back of the kitchen being the fryers. Absolutely appalling ruined my christmas eve. will be taking this to kfc HR tomorrow morning!!
