Early Access Review
Dire Wolf, the author of this game, is an intelligent keen wolf! He literally improved card games and made another progress. He made card games great again!

It is very quick but it also requires deep planning. It looks simple but has a deep customization. It uses a currency but gives packs pretty often for free. It is free to play but does not force you to use any money. And far more! I recommend you to try it, it's only 200Mb. I spend a day playing this.

BTW thank you Wolf. You are my friend now.

The beginning is very boring. Then, you can have some fun, but it does not change a fact that this game is incredibly outdated.

It does not worth a time. An old Asian ♥♥♥♥ newly translated. All you can do is making quests like kill 3 monsters and come back, there is no other option. Could this be fun? And combat system is also very broken.

Game is good, but I could not play it 4,000 hours like some people do. But it is completely free-players friendly unlike some other f2p games. This is huge plus.

It is perfect and very unique game. Unlike other card-collecting-games, in this one you put enemies below your hero instead of your opponent's. You buff your hero and gain different advantages for killing your monsters and / or harrass your rival during 5 chapters. Then, if you both survive, you will face each other. Game is fast and takes 10 minutes or less and so is tutorial. I personally hate these ever-lasting tutorials of other card games and this one in RuneScape fits me well. You will just have to find about crafting / making new decks. And you will need strong brain to, which is what I like about any game I play (because stupid games are not for me).

And it seems paying will bring minor advantage. It might become significant when enforced by intelligence, but still not overwhelming, so the game looks for me like completely free (I can honestly say after 3 hours of playing).

However, one thing is truly retarded like in Infinity Wars and some others. Card descriptions when in your hand are too small to be read. I hope devs to solve this, because I don't want to have super-glasses because of this.

In conclusion, I really commend you to give it a kick. I played other great games with cards like Summoner's Legion (published as Age of Magic on Steam), Conquest of Champions (best game, but server is down), Infinity Wars (too eyes-hitting, but very good one) and Magic the Gathering. This is another card game I like next to other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Give it a kick. I would recommend to start with front kick, but side kick or meia lua de compasso are also techniqually good kinds of kick. Do it!

EDIT: After the end of season I almost stopped winning and I meet only a few tight to same winning strategies. I will not continue, because it would be gambling. Such unique game rules does not offer many variabilities.

Strategies I see repeatedly and of which I am bored: decreasing rival's basic damage as soon as possible, endless damage dealing ended up by spell making huge damage equal to double of your hand size, stacking weapon damage in order to deal huge damage equal to double your weapons attack

It was published under R2 Games publisher and devs left this game undevelopped a long time ago. When original Chinese developers decided to publish the game on their own here as Age of Magic, which is new game, by the way, they left game by themselves. Don't play it wherever you find this game. Probably Japanese or Chinese server might be safe, but do not trust these devs on the Europe market. This game was left undevelopped twice already and we have to say 'ENOUGH' to such developers and companies.

Game mechanic is slightly pay2win, but you can get huge advantage if you pay early when nobody has useful cards. So republishing worths to devs. At least, if they are no longer going to develop international version.

If you see additional coppies somewhere, spread a word about this, please. It goes without saying that they left this version faster than in two months and did not even make it fullscreen.

Thank you for reading,
StrategyChaos (in-game, I was wasting time on this)

I don't sit in fron of the computer to play a game, which could exist as a board game. The Hex's game mechanics is nearly the same to Magic: The Gathering, which is a board game and you don't need computer for it (If you don't search for rules).

I'd love to play something unique if I have a computer for it. Not the copy of something, which exists without computer. But I didn't progress much in this game, so I won't tell you whether it is p2win or how the things are!

This game seems to be pretty good but not my kind. I like graphics, gameplay system and so on, but it is slow and a bit messy for me.

Great game, but, strategies for each faction may be similar these of other players. There are games with more possibilities.
