Lets just get this out of the way, this game is still very buggy, but all of the bugs are minor (usually). So, if minor bugs ruin your experience than this game is not for you.

That said, the story and world have a depth and intrigue to them that keeps me coming back to play, and the 2.0 patch really fleshed out the combat. It is an all-around great game. This is one of those games that i can see myself coming back to every few years to soak up the atmosphere again.

My biggest gripe with this game is that each area you discover after Watson seems to be less and less dense for exploration, with the exception of Dogtown, which is incredibly dense. I think having 1 or 2 accessible floors in each sky scrapper would add a lot to the experience, seeing as city central and other areas are essentially made up of inaccessible buildings and wide, empty streets.

All in all, though, this is a great game with a lot of depth in both it's mechanics and story-telling.
