I'll upvote when Metal Gear Solid 4 is released.

Imagine blackmailing your own community into buying your DLC; otherwise, you'll just throw away everything you've been building the past few years to fund one of the most generic shooters to date (HYENAS) that is going to fail upon release. Creative Assembly deserves a plack with a copper-crusted clown emoji to remind them of what and who they are.

I must admit, I had little hope for this game. Amnesia:Rebirth was a slap in the face to many fans, as it simply did not meet expectations and instead went against the Amnesia formula. However, Amnesia: The Bunker has ignited a renaissance of interest in the series and has met most, if not all, expectations from myself and the community. The claustrophobic and eerie tunnels once inhabited by the French, now a hunting ground for a seemingly durable predator, were the perfect choice and executed in a manner that is befitting of the title.

The environment is well designed, and the atmosphere is impressive. The most notable addition is the ability to defend yourself from the threat. But that does not mean you can kill it. Ammunition is scarce and your last resort.

Arguably, the game plays more like an early-access title than something expected from a AAA studio. Despite the constant delays, the state in which the game was released is ridiculous. I find the game to be lacking in the most critical of aspects that people expect from a Company of Heroes title.

- Unable to distinguish between players
- The pinging system is useless as it is impossible to tell where a ping has been placed on the map
- Audio mastering is subpar at best and lacking; the audio is either too quiet or too loud
- Axis players find multiplayer unenjoyable due to a lack of balance
- Poor sound design for explosives, small-arms, etc
- Poor UI design choices (who made this ♥♥♥♥?)
- Vehicles often refuse to comply with orders; instead of reversing, they do a 360

Overall, an experience I regret.

In the beginning, I had little hope for WARNO. I found the experience too witty and often lacking in terms of content. Now, understandably, it is an early access game, so I am willing to demonstrate lenience with its development cycle and willingly bought the game because I want to participate in its development as a player. As of 2023, WARNO, despite setbacks in the latest patch, still offers an experience worth the attention of any individual with a particular interest in strategy games in a Cold War setting.

A downgrade from its predecessor. I don't understand how games are downgraded in size/scale with each sequel.

Nostalgia.

If you're familiar with naval action, you're probably familiar with Game-Labs. Do not pay them any attention, nor give them any amount of your money. They have shown themselves to be not only incompetent but also ignorant and downright exploitative, and they have a track record for neglecting their products when they feel their games have been milked beyond recovery.

Naval Action was a great game in alpha, ruined by greed later in development. Developers do not care for their consumers.

Child labour just made a comeback.

This just shows why you can't trust 343i with anything.
