Positive:

Your Steam Level is over 4 so that i dont block you because i think you are a Scammer

You have a good offer or at least a good Inventory for my skins, otherwise i wont accept

You dont have a private Profile and you have +reps on you Profile

You have a Private Profile or Inventory

Your Steam evel is 0-2 so it could be that i ignore your request

You have a low inventory or low knifes for trading, but generelly i will Accept nearly anyone
