Bethesda was very generous in giving the game out to free for people on PC who already have the DLC. It's not much of an improvement from the original Skyrim, but you can see the differences. Overall, I'd recommend this version of the game if you have never purchased Skyrim before and want to try it out, because it's only an improvement.
