I Love this game and everything it improves on will leave me playing for a long time. sadly i do still have a few big problems with the Base game. I've manage to fix most with mods and a few glitches,

1. No Harvesting of Mutants? please add this other wise the game will continue to make the mutant fights simply annoying, cause there is currently no reason to fight any mutant other than for survival, or looting the area they are protecting which isnt as often as you think, and with base game Durability system, it almost makes me hate fighting them. you gain literally nothing for Mutant fights, which sucks cause i love fighting them until i notice its just a Complete loss of resources to fight them. if i could at least Harvest some parts to make a little money would enjoy the fights more.

2. to Bullet Sponge for certain enemies, certain mutants take way to many bullets to kill in the base game, blood sucker are a great example of that, base game ive had to cheese them every time to make it through it never once has it been a head on fight in the base game, and its so sad to see cause after i installed a mod to lessen there health became one of my most favorite type of enemies cause even with the less health, there movement and the invisible factor makes them still a terrifying enemy to face and way more fun, especially when they through 2 of them at you. and you actually have a fighting chance.

3.Weight, Economy, Durability systems need work, some By themselves arent bad but combined, honestly ruins the Base game, Honestly some Items need to weight less than they Do normally, (Not Mature Issue) but combined with the Economy Issues, make the game way Annoying to play, the Economy just needs more work, better selling prices and maybe cheaper repairs. honstly the Economy just needs work, the worst thing is the Durability thats the Killer. that Combined with the other 2 not being fully Optimized to function, ruins the game. At least for me.

Obviously this is simply my opinion, but honestly, am loving this game if you buying this for PC mods are so simple to Install and work that anyone can do it and it should fix any problems you have with the game at least for me it did, i can 100% recommend on pc, console not so much, cause of the reason above.
but The Game is Amazing if you like Stalker games. there are zero Loading Screens, beside fast traveling, it just one Big Giant Map even the underground parts, which if you played the other Stalker Games is so amazing to play in, it opens up the world so much more cause of it, and the mutants are so much more fun to fight this time around, Still wish we could Harvest them for some type of Gain, But hopefully they will add.

Anyone Wondering i have have 3 simple mods installed
1, for Better Weapon Degradation.
2. a mod that changes the Weight for Consumables, like ammo, meds, and grenades. to zero. More than fixes the Weight problem, Honesty makes it a little to Easy but im having fun so IDC
3. a mod the lessens the health of a few mutants in the game, which honestly makes them so much more fun to fight. literally install this one and still died in the first hour from 2 Blood Suckers Killing the final one as it killed me, way more fun and reasonable.

Sadly i cant recommend this game cause the devs think it perfectly fine during key story mission to spawn enemies directly on top of you because anomaly, like i understand its suppose to be a harder game, but dying multiple times at a key story mission because you have kill the few enemies you cant seem to avoid spawning directly on top of you, and finding the one spot were they dont spawn directly behind you only a few inches away from you, while the whole time you have enemies in front of you. is completely insane how this game got past any type of play testing and got released like this, this game was never played by the people who made it and it 100% shows, dont buy tell quite a few more patches still, that fixes key story missions that need heavy adjustment, why the devs think its not okay to spawn enemies off screen that come into the combat area is beyond me. but maybe one day mods will fix this sense the devs couldnt even play test there main story mission to make sure things were working anywhere close to how it should.

Now i have a game breaking bug where im under constant PSI attack and it wont go away. the bugs in this game are unbelievable

I'm enjoying the game a lot, very rocky road with bugs, But outside of the Bugs is a game I've Honestly Been Waiting for. Love the way your not the baddest guy in the room and your not meant to be able to kill everything, or face many challenge the game forces infront of you, like most extracts have some time of enemy for you to get around or through, If you can. sadly a lot of death are kinda bug related or i guess unintended features. like being snipe across the map by a mega mec connan only has happened once so Far.

Honestly I Feel This Game has Great Potential, The Devs Show Great Promise epecially it being this good atleast to me for the first launch of a early access. The Concept works great and i've already have had some great scary moments. inches from sure Death but just barley slipping by in a corner some where.

I Hope to God this Game Makes it to Completion.

really enjoy this game, between the enemy types that actually play different. guns and armor this is a game ill be playing for a long time.
as long they keep that stupid PSN stuff out.

Leave kids Alone

This game is honestly Fun But controller support for this game on pc is the worst and has been sense launch i can not recommend a game that needs a controller but wont let you use yours half the time... its been years fix your game already holy god

Project Zomboid is a Early Access game i love.
It is the best zombie apocalypse survival games out there. (in my opinion)
You can fortify any building or even go out and make you own town, or modify any building.
The crafting and all the survival elements are very fair. (you don't need 1,000 wood to craft a wall)
you don't need food and water all the time. Its one of the first games I've played with eating and thirst mechanics that don't feel cheap or annoying. Its something you have to worry about but not enough to annoyance.
Its also as hard or as easy as you want thanks to sandbox that lets you modify or hole lot of option. that can make the game super easy, or insanely hard or anywhere in between.
sadly i don't think the game is for everyone, but honestly you can tell just by looking at it if you would not like it. so watch some vidoes and if you think you mite, then i can recommend a purchase.

Another plus No Microtransactions. you buy the game you get everything that's in the game.... I know weird concept right?
