So I'm a fan of Farming Simulator and am writing this with about 45 hours on the clock.

Do i recommend this right now real answer is NO with the caveat of if you are a fan if you previously liked the games you will likely like this one.

So lets start with the categories ill cover Technical, Equipment and Multiplayer.

Technical: So the game has a few bugs more then i would like to count right now the biggest one ofc for everyone is optimization Yes its garbage i run a 2070 and manage high move to ultra and its a slideshow, even on ultra half the shown settings are turned off no lens flare by default no even better lights, to top it all of they have FFX 1 and 3 and DLSS Cool right i can get more FPS no the game becomes 8bit when you use it the textures look trash and it runs worse.

Equipment: Alright ill be our right honest its ♥♥♥♥ we pay'd more we got less simple as that the solid fert spreaders cant all do lime now so doing a zero to farm challenge good luck. Im going to put pastures here just because i dont want a new category there are 3 pastures dont let the game fool you into thinking the chicken pasture is a $#cking pasture because its not. its a yard as they were before. the pastures feel useless with so few animals in them for their size, large sheep barn can hold loads of sheep same sized pasture like 20. okay cows nope even less. there isnt an option to add a auto water connection to the pasture even though i dare say i dont know a single farmer who wouldnt have some kind of water connection to a pasture. And as for rice it feels like a gimmick, the option for dry or wet as ill call them is nice. one is harvested with special equipment the other with normal equipment, but if you scale it good luck you wont get far as the machines are small working width of 2m from knowledge.

Multiplayer: right now it works thats about all it dysync's with no large ping numbers dedicated servers are mostly broken with massive Dysync issues hosts are required to be close to the other players lest a piece of machinery break and randomly decide it has been closed this entire time.

Helldivers 2 is great don't get that wrong. 100% recommend. there is a caveat to that, don't get it unless your willing to play with randoms or have friends. playing with 4 players and playing solo there is the same amount of enemies and they will be just as difficult if there was 4 of you. sure at the lower difficulties it is possible to solo a mission and more often at lower difficulties players break off into solo play on the map. however re spawns scale to the amount of players. 1 player is 5 re spawns 4 is 20. so if your the ♥♥♥♥ player you get 20 tries but alone you get 5. the balance is understandable but if you don't wanna join public lobbies or don't have friends i starkly recommend buying this. unless there is some sort of scaling added with less players.

Yea nahh bro. I'm willing to play a lot of strange ♥♥♥♥ on my account, this, this you cannot pay me to keep. the physics are ♥♥♥♥♥♥, the lighting is ♥♥♥♥♥♥. and the DLC did nothing. I'm so confused on why this exists. there are better programs for this with more options.

Ok im going to make this very clear, i enjoyed this campaign. is it worth 90 AUD, no.

To start the campaign with all actual story points is complete able in approx 5 hours, on normal difficulty. it took me about 20 doing almost everything on the map, with time lost to bugs that prevented progress that required me to go do something else to reset the area and try again.

Is there a lot of replay-ability? Debatable, sure you can have skulls to make this different, but overall 20 hours of game play for the cost, just isn't worth it. the fact that its missing CO-OP on release when to be honest i don't think I'm alone with the fact that CO-OP is what used to make these campaigns, though the last halo game i played was halo 3.

Recommend that you wait for a sale or for the CO-OP to come out and have some shenanigans with your friends before that its not worth the price tag.

Overall this game is very well put together, there is some networking problems i imagine as they are brought forwards they will attempt to fix them, some debugging options would be nice for people whom wish to help bring these issues forwards, beyond this single fact ive not got any issues with this game and overall it deserves everything and more, the game play is interesting and well polished the graphics are very well done, the music is well done and the ambience is amazing.

Overall the game tries to be different from phasmophobia and in my opinion it does it well enough, however the multiplayer is out right broken and the game is seemingly designed for multiplayer. overall the multiplayer is so broken i would have said to extend the release date back until it was in a better situation calling a game alpha cannot be an excuse all the time and thus i don't recommend buying it until its fixed.

So i have a little bit of time in this game and overall i have to say its not an amazing experience, trolls who cant be removed from servers as you cant kick them as an admin, very limited things you can do to a server YOU are paying for. hacks are rampant already seeminly no anti cheat (right now), questioning anything will lead to some members of the community backlashing with the common its just come out. Overall its an ok game, the tools that are provided to deal with the issues that are in the game are useless. I have really high hopes for this game and i will change this review when things get added that should be there, like changing the config files for a server that you are paying for.

I have to say this is one of the most confusing games i have played in a long time. its sat in my steam library and i never even knew it got it in a bundle at some point. if you are looking for a game to play i recommend this. I've had one hell of a time the story was amazing points of it seemed to be lost in translation or something but only one or two parts it all comes together and every choice no matter how small it may seem will make an impact.

Ive been following ruins to rumble for a very long time, ive played a bit of it and ive been having fun. at first it was hard not knowing how to play but with the 1.01 update that was sorted with a small tutorial. and there seems to be plenty of expansion planned. i cant wait to see what this becomes!
