Don’t get me wrong- I love Henry Cavill. I think he’s quite a good actor and a genuinely nice guy- and there’s no denying that he looks awesome as the characters that he’s portrayed. I also appreciate his integrity in that he walked away from a very popular show when the showrunners decided to stray from the existing, canon lore of the intensely popular world of The Witcher. He was also incredible as Superman, and he’s done a LOT to promote my chosen hobby of building and painting models for Warhammer 40K, which is something that I’ve been involved with since 1987 back when it came out. I’m looking forward to seeing what he does in bringing that world to the large and small screen. (I’m cautiously optimistic, having been burned so many times previously by other IPs having too many cooks in the kitchen or ignoring the canon lore.) But it’s mainly because the hobby is an integral part of his own personal life.

It started as a joke, but as time continues I’m starting to realize how much I absolutely despise the British. This is for numerous reasons. I’ve been meaning to tell someone but they always think it’s a joke, as people online will frequently mention how annoying they are in a “funny manner” but honestly British people make me feel disgusting, not only do they have annoying accents but they look absolutely ridiculous. I don’t want to group all British people together, my intention isn’t to be a ♥♥♥♥. But whenever I hear that annoying voice it makes me want to gouge my eyes out. I hate their customs. I don’t know, it’s hard to describe but every time I see a “Brit” I experience a deep feeling of dread.
