I separate between good stories and relaxing ones.
For the Good Storys we have mostly the Games from ARTIFEX MUNDI.
For the chilling Ones from Avi Games.
I love both, each on their own way.

SH3:LAFCE is a chilling experience.
No timer, no hard Levels and a skip Function.

The Graphics are really shiny and colourfull, exactly what you should need to forget stress.
Feels a little confusing to have this real People inside the Scenes, but i like it.
The Music is so cheerfull and fits in very perfectly.

The Location is a Sweet Home with Garden.
There are different Locations and to reach them you have each Time to solve 2 Hidden Objects Scenes and one Mini Game.
Master one Area to unlock the next One.
In the Hidden Objects Scenes you have to do 3 Things.
First, finding every Object, second, find every Cat and Dog and third, find Special Objects.
Earn Points and buy items for your House and enjoy how it grows.

The Mini Games are different.
The Puzzles go from very easy to hard, but never unfair.
This is the Collectors Edition, what means you get also a nice Music Player, Wallpapers and more.

In the End i can say SH3:LAFCE is a very nice Game for everyone who just wants a Game without Stress.
Just playing and having Fun.
Thats what i love between harder Games.

No joke, i´m on vacation momently, About 7 Hours by Train away from my Home somewhere in a Hotel.
Celebrated a very good Friends Birthday Yesterday evening and then i came back to the Hotel.
Well … what can i say.
What ….. a ….. night……….
But from the beginning.
Entered my Hotelroom, was very sleepywas, eating, taking a shower, getting into my pyjama, starting my Laptop and starting Steam.
Just a last round before sleeping.
Listless clicking through the Pages, clicking on New Games Pages, yawning… but stop! Whats that?
Come on, Lonely Troops did it again! Out of nowwhere! Again!
Must buy it. Damn 7 Cents left. A look on the Watch, Kiosk over there is still open.
Fastly changing clothes, running to the Kiosk, buying Steam Card, running back, changing Clothes again, using Steam Card and finally buying Game.
And it was a damn ….. Long..... night.
Those who know my Reviews from before may have a Deja Vu.

Welcome to HERO OF THE KINGDOM – THE LOST TALES 3.

What i want to tell you? HERO OF THE KINGDOM is the only and i repeat it, the ONLY Game Series where i STILL act like this. For all other Games i could have wait a day, but not for this. I love this Series from the First Part on and it gave me many Hours forgetting that Mess out there, just for a few time. Well if it is good during Vacation?
I don´t care! I´m a passionate Gamer! Yes!!!

So what have we got here?
HOTK is a simple relaxing Game in a medieval Fantasy Setting.
This Time you are Brent, a Character froma Former HOTK Game and he ist staying to stop (of Course) an Evil Man. It is up to you to defeat this Evil. So much to the Story, that is similar to all HOTK Games.

It is a short Game, with nice Retro RPG Graphics Style, well fitting music and sounds, a little Story but highly HIGHLY addictive click and go Elements. This Kind of Gameplay is unique. I dont know other Games like this.
You just have to click through the Story. No Time running, just relaxing gaming.
As in every HotK you start as a "noboddy", without any abilities in a little world, to help and become the Hero of the Day, not he Hero of the Kingdom.

Well, you just start with nothing. You have to collect things, raise your Gold, learn better fighting and more, have to do many Quests to raise your population to get forward. And that is done by simple
und chilling clicking. You have to explore a small world and you can simply travel through the maps by easy clicking like in Hidden Object Games. Oh, by the way, you can also search for things in every map, like in Hidden Object Games. You can sell and buy things,it has a trading system, too. You can also craft things like potions or food.
Have a look at your health and raise it often as you can. No, you cant die, but each action needs Health and sometimes more. Again LONELY TROOPS perfectly balanced the Game. I was never stucked somewhere. There was always a way out. Good job!

Again the price is totally worth for what you get. It is like a Movie Series. Seeing again, makes happy.
And that is exactly what this game did. It let me forgot everything that is going on outside, just for a few hours. But well spend hours.

Visual Novels.
Normally not my Kind of Game.
But after meeting ANGEL EYES i changed my Mind
and tried some.
There were good ones and not so good ones.
I enjoyed reading about interesting Characters and there Storys.
And here we are again.

In 2019 there was a STEAM PRISON Game with different Routes and Endings.
STEAM PRISON - BEYOND THE STEAM continues the Story 2 Years after the so called Grand Ending.
For those who are new to STEAM PRISON there is a section in the Extra Zone, showing the Grand Endind, Characers and more.
Nice Idea.
But, i went into it without knowing the Characters. Just to get a new and Fresh Experience

The Game is taking place in a Steampunk Scenario.
Like the First Game, this Game has different Ways and Endings.
There are also 2 Storys, the one i call Main Story and a second one about a Character named Sachsen Brandenburg.
Well, for me it is a Little bit funny as a German because Sachsen and Brandenburg are 2 Countrys in Germany, like Arizona or Texas in Amercia.
But a nice Idea and i like it.

I don´t want to spoiler something about the Story so i just say that it got me chained like a good Book.
Learning about the (charming) Characters and following their way and the good written Story was really fun.
But read intensive, the Story is komplex.

The Graphics are wonderfull and that goes also to the Music and Sounds.
They fit in perfectly. The Voice acting is also great.

What can i say.
If you look good Books with interesting Characters and you like Steampunk then this is for you.

So what´s it About?
You just have to Control a Sphere through Obstacles with your Mouse.
Sounds simple, Right?
It is, well until the Speed goes up.

Well, FINAL ROUNDS is a HIGHLY addicting Arcade Skill Runner.
You run up and avoid Obstacles. Hit one and you loose.
A Point Counter is running, the farer you come, the more Points you get.
But the farer you come, the faster the Speed goes.
You can also collect Diamonds on your way.
With the Points and Diamonds you can buy Extras like new Backgrounds or different Diamonds.
You also Level up.

The Neon Graphics are amazing and well done in each way.
With the great Sounds and Soundtrack it feels like a very cool Retro Arcade Game in a Modern Suit.

The Game has 3 Difficulty Levels.
The Higher the Difficulty, the faster the Scrolling Speed.
And yes, the last Difficulty is VERY hard.

I did many, MANY Rounds and mostly they ended under 60 Seconds.
The pattern of obstacles is largely identical, but each time in different orders. This means that no round is like the other.
If you know the patterns over time, they come in three steps as far as I could see, it becomes easier.
So, if you have a very well-oiled mouse and want to really test your eye hand coordination, or just have fun, then you've come to the right place.

And i warn you.
It is HIIIIIIIIGHLY addicting, because your inner Demons will drive you to get more and more Points.
They will throw you to get all Achievements.
And don´t Forget:

IT IS FOR FREE!!!

There is a DLC for 0,99 Cents where you can unlock all the Content and later upcoming Content.
I´m hoping for a Soundtrack.
I bought it to support the Developer, the Game is really amazing.

Welcome to HELGA THE VIKING WARRIOR(…not Princess.)2: IVAR´S REVENGE!

After all the Battles Helga fought (with us in Part 1), she found a peacefull Time.
But we all know that never last Long, Right?
Here we are. In another Epic Fight between Vikings and their Enemies.
So it is up to us to help the Vikings … with Match 3 Stones.

Well, so much to the Story.
HELGA is a typical Match 3 Game. Build Lines of the same Stones from 3 to more to get maximum effect on the Playground. Many Obstacles are blocking your way, but you get Tools to remove them, different from Level to Level but very useful. You can also remove the Obstacles without tools, because they are limited, but that will take more tme, so decide wiseful how to use them.
Each Level you ave to do little Sidequests, like destroying some kind of plates.
Speaking about time, you can choose to play with or without it.
Each completed Level you get stars. You need the stars to continue the Story.

The Graphics are really nice and the i also like the Music. The Story is exciting and it was fun to follow it.

But all i´m missing, are Achievements. That would raise the Motivation higher.
HELGA THE VKING WARRIOR 2: IVAR´s REVENGE is a very good and well done Match 3 Game, Fans will love.

A simple but absolutly addicting Game that put the Action Roguelike on a new Level.

Mostly you have different Weapons in all this Games.
Swords, Guns, Bows, Magic, Traps and and and.

In PANCAKE PATROL you take Control of a cook.
Your Mission is to deliver Pancakes to Pembrook Mansion.
But your way goes through thousands of hungry Monsters.
Equip your Food and then give´em hell... ehm PANCAKES!!!

Gameplay is simple to learn but hard to master.
Start with low Pancakes and earn more Food to fight ...ehm feed the Monsters with.
They come from all around you and the more you kill, the better the Chance for Upgrades.
If you played VAMPIRE SURVIVORS before, you will be surprised from what is going on on the Screen.
What a Bullet Hell.

I love the BIG ADVENTURE Series so much.
A really cool feel God Hidden Object Series.
The BIG ADVENTURE is taking you all over Europe and discovers with each Game more and more Places.
Of course, a real Travel is always better then a virtual, but that doesn´t mean virtuals are bad.
Let us shorten the Name first from BIG ADVENTURE: TRIP TO EUROPE 9 to BA:TTE9. ^^

Family on Holiday in Europe.
And you accompany them.
BA:TTE 9 is a pure Hidden Object Game (HOG).
On your Journey through Europe you have to find things to finish a Level.
Well, that sounds like a typical HOG doesn´t it?

BA:TTE9 goes again one Step further.
It is more varied.
While you search for the typical Hidden Objects you also have secondary Ones.
In each Level is also a Raccon and a Stamp.
There are also special Objects shown as a Shadows as a Bonus.
And finally sometimes Levels have 2 Parts.
You see, there is much to find.
Oh that is not everything.
Between the HOG Levels are different Minigames to double the Fun.

The Graphics and Sounds are very nice done.
I like how they inserted Real Persons into the Game, that goes also for everything else.
The Music is very atmospheric and wonderfull.
I love the coloured Levels and have very much fun with them.
There was no Problem for me to find everything, needed no Help button. Again Good Job.
Like in the other BA:TTE Games the European Locations were well arranged.

Again a big Thanks to the Devs for inviting me to this Journey.
This Game is for everyone who likes a chilling and casual timeout from Stress.
Also when you are lying ill in Bed, like me.

When i would make a Timewarp back to the 80´s i would land in front of my
good old Commodore 64.
I remember exploring my first Games.
Simple Pixel Graphics. Not much to do, but much fun.
Much good Memories in hard Times.
And that´s why i still love this Games and i´m happy that today People still
are making this Kind of Games.

So welcome to: SQUARE FISHING BUILDER!

What we have here is a little Retro Pearl.
A Mix between Clicker, Strategy and Micro Management.
Choose a Map and set your Building.
A nice Little Tutorial Shows you what is important.
You have a Villager who is collecting Ressources for you.
Protect him from Animals while clicking on them until they are defeated.
You can also collect Ressources.
And later you can build more like a Plantation and rise your Ressources.
Catch also all different fishes.

The Game is running in Realtime and Day Changings.
That means that Ressources and Animals Respawn at this Change.
You can also upgrade in this Game and there is also a Market.
All in simple Clicker Mode.

The Main Motivation for me was to complete the Achievements to catch all Fishes.
Fish you can also catch by clicking on them, when they Respawn.
The Maps seems a Little small and are ONE Screen, no Scrolling.
Maps will be randomly generated, so no Map is like the Other.

SQUARE FISHING BUILDER is a really nice and chilling old School Retro Game with nice Mechanics for inbetween.
For a fair small Price build you Little Fishing Village.

And i think i can say that i played nearly every Genre out there.
No matter if Action, Strategy, Roleplay, Simulation and, and, and.
But sometimes i like it just chilling, thoughtfull and just drifting away.
And here it Comes to one of my Top 3 Favourit Developers: Tonguç Bodur.
From the First Game i ever played from him, i was fascinated of his Worlds.
And here is the newest one of him.

Tonguç Bodur has a special Graphic Style for his Walking Simulators by which you can recognize his Games again and again.
A style that makes up the special Magic of his Games.
This is signed by good dubbing actors and music that always fits into the Situations.
Games you can dive in and Forget everything around you for a short Time.

Also in DRIZZLEPATH:PICTURAE.
For me it feels like a Journey through my Dreams.
Good Dreams and Nightmares.
There is one Place in the Game, some Kind of amusement Park, that reminds me of Dreams i have since i was a Child.
I´m still dreaming from time to time of amusement Parks or parts of them.
And that was not the only Thing. There is a Part with Windmills, thats also something i Dream of.
Nearly the whole Game felt like MY Dreams.
And i love it.

There is a Little Story, more a Life experience Journey of a Woman with a very good Dubbing Voice.
You walk through wonderfull landscapes, whether they look nightmarish or beautifull guided by Sounds and Music that fits well in.
On your Way you will find Lightcircles on the Floor telling you Poems.
From Time to Time you have to stop for a Little Hidden Object Scene to find Black Foxes.

I said it in former Reviews and i will repeat it.
For me Tonguç Bodurs Games are the Arthouse of Walking Simulators.
It is so amazing to dive into his wonderfull Worlds and forget Real Life for a short Time.
I finished it in About 2 Hours, but i´think you can do it also in one Hour.
So, why so much longer?
I like exploring Tonguç Bodurs Worlds and finding out About all the Details.
Sometimes i stop and just enjoy the Screen for some Minutes, because the Landscape is so wonderfull.
For me, it is one of his best Games, i love it.

If you want a good Action Game with an explosive Storyline then you are wrong here.

End of January 2021 i found by suprise a new Game.
ANGEL WINGS.
Well, that Time i was not the Visual Novel Fan at all.
It wasn´t really my Genre at all.
But ANGEL WINGS … well… somehow fascinated me.
It seemed like it invited me to it´s World.
And i dived in.
After 20 Hours, seeing all, i felt so good, because ANGEL WINGS captured me
with all it´s intensity.
ANGEL WINGS showed Life, and Life is writing the best Storys.
I was a little bit sad, because it was over but today … ANGEL WINGS continues.

When ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! was first announced i was so happy.
Well, it was a Long time from then to today.
But it was worth all the waiting.
So what do we have here?

While ANGEL WINGS was about real Life Situations and also Datings the new Game
is a thrilling but sometimes funny Horror Survival Story.
Yes, that´s a real Change.
When you start, you can enter a Name you like and decide between different Voice Sets, Female and Male.
In the Beginning your Character (Yes, yourself from ANGEL WINGS) and Nuri (Yes, also from ANGEL WINGS) arrive at a Mansion.
Invited by Elise and her Brother Z you are ready for one of ELises well known Partys.
But something went wrong and you find yourself trapped in the Mansion.
Something happened many Years before and a Curse is now afflicting the Mansion.
Will you find out what happened?
Can you Escape and more important, can you survive?
I´ts up to you now.

ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! has the same wonderfull Graphics and Sounds like ANGEL WINGS.
And, thats what i really, really love, it is now fully synchronized.
The Game has wonderfull Voice Actors for all the Characters and i love how they put them to life.
The Story is very exciting and thrilling and i love the Black Humor.
Never too much, never to less, perfectly balanced.
Like in ANGEL WINGS over the Time the Characters grow on you and depending on their Actions you love or hate them.
They polarize and THAT is good writing. Well done RUMR DESIGN.

You can save and reload everwhere you want and that is a good One, because in ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! you have to make
Decisions and maybe you regret a Decision, then reload and try new.
Well wrong Decisions can also lead to an early End but don´t worry, you can Restart at that Point and retry.

Well like in ANGEL WINGS you can feel in ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! the Love of the Developer for their Project.
The game is completely well thought out and you dive in immediately. Lots of details and really motivated voice actors make ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! to a wonderful Experience. It also feels like a good Book.
Oh and it has a high replay value with 12 possible endings. Not to forget the different Outfits for the Characters.

ANGEL WINGS: ENDLESS NIGHT! is like ANGEL WINGS for free.
So dear Reader, give both Games a Chance. They are absolutly worth it.
