I'd grade your composition a solid 85, don't worry! its just a grade! you've shown definite improvement since last semester. There is just a couple kinks in the hose of your near-perfection writing! i took points off because a major issue was your complete and utter failure to keep a theme throughout the piece, you start off with a great point of Japanese culture (good polysydeton!!) but what those essay graders will ding you on is your outline. You dropped the ball on Cartoons and went right into your analysis of society. It was a great opening passage and a beautiful closing but youre lacking in explanation and embedded quotes.
