Sony is blocking the 170's countries that PSN isnt available. So, if for example you live in the baltic countries, you cannot buy it. Even after they said that PSN account isnt mandatory

Pros:
-Amazing gameplay
-Multiple dificulties with multiple % of diferent enemies depending on dificulty
-Amazing graphics
-Good dev team
-Constant updates
-New content
-Not pay to win, or with major microtransactions
-A lot of meta switches

-Sony tried to screw with big part of community by making PSN only
-Has a few game breaking bugs

nice time killer if you are willing to put a lot of time

Good game, well developed. Could have more "events" in free mode and in career mode
i do recomend this game if you like emergency games.

pros:
-well developed
-nice balance between fast and slow pace
-a lot of maps to choose and to play
-fast download

cons:
-sometimes vehicles bug and go though the "buildings"
-could have more "events" in career mode and free mode

how to be improved:
-there is a couple calls that are bugged (rare)
-know this is hard, but if more streets were avaible would be great
