This game allows you to play any way you want to. Really fun when playing with friends. But I would advise getting at least the "gods and kings DLC" or the "brave new world DLC" because without them a small aspect of the game is redundant and these DLC'S add so much extra content to the game. But even without the DLC's this game is a must have and I give it a 8/10 :)
