This is the best bullet hell game. period. With toggleable controls that allow fully manual and directional combat, or if you're feeling lazy, you can toggle auto attack and aim (like Vampire Survivors). What really sells me is the identity of your character's build for that particular playthrough, with the ability to dynamically chose builds and make certain abilities substantially stronger with the potion system, as well as (retrieving) and choosing gear from the camp before venturing into the depths (with a chance at getting an upgraded piece of loot from each chest while in Agony).

Can't recommend this enough for bullet hell genre and devs have been killing it with consistent updates and patches to keep the game balanced and entertaining.
