If you expected another fireball at the end just now (your Decapre vs. my Rose) maybe Super may have done it? I don't know if it goes through fireballs (if it doesn't that wasn't an option I guess), but I know that Decapre's Ultra 1 doesn't really have any invincibility frames, which is why I throw the faster / 2-hitting EX fireball as the third one.
